Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7 July 2026

Pressure Jet Solutions ("we", "us", "our") provides exterior cleaning services and operates this website and customer portal. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

1. Information we collect

  • Account and contact details: name, email address, phone number, and postal address, provided when you register, request a quote, or book a service.
  • Service details: service type, cleaning frequency, scheduled and completed clean dates, and related notes.
  • Billing information: where you are connected to our QuickBooks Online accounting system, we access invoice numbers, dates, due dates, totals, and outstanding balances associated with your account. We do not collect or store payment card details ourselves — invoicing and payment processing is handled directly by QuickBooks Online (Intuit).
  • Account authentication data: handled securely by our authentication provider (Supabase), including your login session.

2. How we use your information

  • To provide, schedule, and manage the cleaning services you request.
  • To communicate with you about quotes, bookings, and your account.
  • To retrieve and display your invoice and billing status by matching your account email to your customer record in QuickBooks Online.
  • To maintain the security and proper functioning of our systems.

3. Third-party service providers

We use the following trusted third parties to operate our services:

  • Supabase — hosts our database and manages user authentication.
  • Vercel — hosts our website and application infrastructure.
  • QuickBooks Online (Intuit) — provides accounting, invoicing, and payment processing. Access to QuickBooks data is read-only and used solely to display your invoice and balance information back to you.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Data security

Data is transmitted using encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections. Access to QuickBooks credentials and connection tokens is restricted to secure server-side processes and is never exposed to the browser. Administrative functions require authenticated, role-based access.

5. Data retention

We retain your account and service data for as long as you have an active account with us, or as required to meet our legal and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your account data at any time, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.

6. Your rights

Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018), you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

7. Children's privacy

Our services are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

9. Contact us
