This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("User") and Pressure Jet Solutions ("we", "us", "our") and governs your use of the Pressure Jet Solutions customer portal and any associated software features (the "Software"). By creating an account or accessing the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Grant of license

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Software solely for your own personal or internal business purposes in connection with the cleaning services we provide.

2. Restrictions

You agree that you will not:

Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Software, except where permitted by law.
Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer your rights under this Agreement to any third party.
Use the Software to access, store, or transmit any unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

3. Ownership

The Software, including all underlying code, design, and content, is owned by Pressure Jet Solutions and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

4. Third-party services

The Software integrates with third-party services, including Supabase (authentication and data storage), Vercel (hosting), and QuickBooks Online (accounting and invoicing). Your use of those integrated features is also subject to the applicable third party's own terms.

5. No warranty

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pressure Jet Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software. Nothing in this Agreement limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud, where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. We may terminate it at any time if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to access the Software ends immediately.

8. Changes to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

9. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
